There are also two pages for extra entries at the front of the book - space for important contacts, and medical/emergency contacts. This books starts off well enough with an intro from the author and then leads into 31 delicious recipes. This book gave me the insight I needed about the industry as a whole, some specifics about software and equipment, but I just wish it was a little more technical.
