The book is clearly aimed mostly toward a female audience, but I personally think that both sexes could find some insight and value from this read, and on that note, I can’t help but recommend it to others. I especially enjoy the "sidebars," tips, tricks & advice throughout that are especially helpful to a mostly novice cook such as myself. But alas, he didn't.
