Some of them made me laugh, other had me looking twice. While they are without exception informative in their own ways, I found them all difficult to navigate (either heavy on data like elevations/populations, tight bindings, small print, etc. I would highly recommend The Reckoning: A Novel (a Da Vinci type thriller written YEARS before The Da Vinci Code) or Rora. Upon awakening from a prescription haze, Jenna discovers that her childhood home’s been destroyed, she’ has been abandoned by the brother who was supposed to watch over her, and she’s being kept in the dark by the sister who believes she’s only doing what’s right. I think it is because the book was scanned into some kind of program which converts it to an electronic format.
